We will be hosting our next WFB tournament on Saturday March the 10th. 3000 point open list, 3 rounds.

Round 1: 11:00-1:45
15 minute break
Round 2: 2:00-4:45
30 minute break if needed
Round 3: 5:15-8:00
Prizes!
Standard round length for 3000 point games is usually 3 hours, I’m hoping we can play a little faster than that at 2:45 rounds. We’ll see how it goes!
There will be $5 entrance fee. All money collected will be matched by the shop and paid out in prize support. In addition, we will have another $100 of GW prize support for this event. Prizes will be paid out for the top 3 places. We will also have one raffle for all those who bring a fully painted army. There will also be random raffle(s) that anyone can win just by showing up and playing! The number of random raffles we have will be determined the day of, based on turn out. Each player may only win once.
Scenarios will be random pitched battles from the basic rulebook. Rounds 1 and 2 will be determined randomly using the pitched battles 2-6. Round 3 will Battleline! So be prepared for anything rounds 1 and 2.
Each round players will score 1-5 points using the following scale:
5: Win the game and have scored more victory points than your opponent.
4: Win the game and scored less victory points than your opponent.
3: Draw
2: Lost the game but scored more victory points than the opponent
1: Lost the game and scored less victory points than the opponent
So obviously most games will score 5,3, or 1 point. However, 2 points or 4 points could potentially be scored in Blood and Glory and Watchtower, where victory can be achieved by scenario.
Victory point differential will be tracked for all 3 rounds, and used to break any ties in the scoring at the end of the tournament.
